TrigJig by HICI Ltd are proud to announce that we have been successful in applying to use the ‘Made In Britain’ logo.

TrigJig are committed to designing and manufacturing high-quality, British hand tool innovations. Having demonstrated that over 80% of our tool parts and components are made in Great Britain the company has been granted use of the Made in Britain logo. Joining a growing community of manufacturers who are proud to present their British made products to the rest of the world.

We are extremely proud to be able to say that the majority of our tool parts are designed, manufactured and hand finished at our premises here in Nottinghamshire. In fact, more than 95% of the TrigJig Angle Finder components are made right here in the UK!

We want to highlight to our global customer base that our products are not mass produced in the far east. We believe the quality of the construction is clear when you handle our tools and the Made In Britain logo will help us to visually showcase this on our packing and marketing materials.

TrigJig's mission has always been to create new and innovative tools that are better than anything else on the market. As such, the company actively invests in British R&D and is constantly striving to build high quality products.

Over previous decades, big branded tool manufacturers have moved production out of Britain to compete with mass-produced cheaper imports from China. TrigJig recognise that we cannot compete with the Far-East on price alone, and we don’t need to. 

Tradespeople don’t care about saving a tenner on a tool they’ll likely use every day for the next 20 years. To them it is more important that the tools won’t break, are accurate and are well made to support the value of their workmanship.
