Q) Where are the tools made?

A) All of our tools are designed, engineered and assembled in our premises in Nottinghamshire, England. We manufacture most components using our own machinery, only outsourcing those parts that we can not make in-house. We do not import products and 're-badge' them. Instead we prefer to create high quality, British-made tools.

A) We currently ship directly to customers in the UK via our website.

Q) I ordered Express Delivery, when will my order arrive?

A) Orders placed before midday will be sent the same day and should arrive within 1-2 working days (UK mainland only). Every attempt will be made to send orders the same or next working day, however this is not always possible during peak season or when due to delays outside of our control. Express Delivery does not guarantee next working day delivery and we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the courier.

Q) How to I return an item?

A) If you decide to return your purchase you can send it back to us for a refund. Please note that items returned should be unused and in the original packaging. A  15% restocking will be due on all non-fault returns. Please note Express Delivery and over-sized delivery fees are non-refundable as these are charged by third parties.
