UK MAINLAND & NI ORDERS

Standard Delivery to the UK mainland is £5.50 with an ETA of 2-5 working days. This includes all tools except certain large or heavy items where there may be an oversize supplement.

Express / Oversize Item Delivery is £9.99 which aims to deliver your order the next working day (if placed before midday) Monday - Thursday. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. In certain remote areas of the UK the shipping rate and delivery time may increase.

CHANNEL ISLANDS & UK OFFSHORE ISLANDS

For Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey and other offshore islands. Please select Standard International delivery at £15.00 or £20.00 for heavy and oversized items. With an ETA of 5-7 working days. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

When you are placing a direct order from EUROPE or OUTSIDE OF THE UK there may be additional import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. The price shown on our website does not include these. This can vary depending on your country and is a tax charged by your country's government, not TrigJig Tools. Alternatively, you can order from one of our authorised resellers in your region below.

We cannot advise on or accept responsibility for any import duties when ordering from outside the UK. We recommend checking what duties may apply in your country before placing your order. Online tools are available to help you calculate these costs.

If you refuse to pay any applicable import charges, your item may be returned to us. Refunds will be issued once the item is received back and will not include shipping costs.

Note: Although we specify signatures and proof of delivery, most couriers will attempt to deliver items during working hours. By using our delivery services you agree for items to be left in safe places or with neighbours should you not be home. Express delivery is not guaranteed to arrive next working day, therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays as once we hand over parcels to the courier we no longer have control over them.
